There might be a few little things you might want to know in regards to our return & refund policy.

Can the item be return or exchange=

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It will also need to be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase and it will have to be within 7 days upon receiving of the package.

How do I return the item= 

Please do drop us an email or contact us thru our WhatsApp regarding the item that you wish to return, and we will get back to you in 48 hours.

If you had changed your mind and want to return the item, you can do so as long as the item is unused. We only accept exchange of products and not payment refund. For exchanging of products, we do have a 20% charges of the purchased amount that will be charged as processing fees.

Once we have received & inspect the product, we will notify you together with the approval status of your refund.

Please do take note that only regular priced items may be exchange. Sales item are not entitle for exchange. We only accept sales item return if it is defective or damage.

If you wish to return the item which is faulty, please do send us an email attached together with a picture of the product. And we will assist you further on what to do next.

Who pays for the shipping fees for the return products= 

You will need to bare for the shipping fees if you wish to return an item to us. Also do provide us with the tracking ID & courier company details.
